- 750 mlWhite wine
- 1Apple
- 1Orange
- 4Strawberries
- 1Banana
- 60 mlOrange juice
- 2 tbspSugar
Plus ice.

- Jigger
- Bar spoon
- Jug or punch bowl
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Clericó
- Chop all the fruit into small pieces.
- Put it in a jug with the wine, orange juice and sugar and stir.
- Chill for 2 hours and serve over ice.
