Ingredients
- 10Strawberries
- 2 tbspSugar
- 750 mlWhite wine
- 750 mlSparkling wine
Plus ice.
Bar tools
- Jigger
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Bowle
- Slice the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar and cover with a little wine. Leave for 1 hour.
- Add the rest of the white wine and chill.
- Top with sparkling wine just before serving.
