Ingredients
- 1000 mlCider
- 250 mlOrange juice
- 60 mlBrandy (optional)
- 2Cinnamon stick
- 6Cloves
- 1Orange
- 3 tbspHoney
- 1 sliceGinger
Plus ice (not for hot drinks).

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Wassail
- Slice the orange and push the cloves into it.
- Put everything except the brandy in a pot and warm gently for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the brandy and serve in mugs.
