- 50 mlTequila
- 30 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 10 mlGrenadinePomegranate syrup. Found near the syrups in big supermarkets.
- 1 pinchChilli powder
- 1 pinchSalt
- Top upGrapefruit sodaNot easy to find in India? Use Sprite plus a splash of grapefruit or orange juice.
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Vampiro
- Rim the glass with chilli salt.
- Fill with ice and add the tequila, juices, grenadine and chilli.
- Top with grapefruit soda and stir.
