- 50 mlTequila
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- Top upCola
- 1 pinchSalt
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Batanga
- Rub a lime wedge on the rim and dip it in salt.
- Fill the glass with ice, add the tequila and lime juice.
- Top with cola. The tradition is to stir it with a knife.
