- 2 scoopsLemon sorbet
- 30 mlVodka
- 60 mlSparkling wine

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Sgroppino
- Whisk the sorbet and vodka in a bowl until smooth.
- Slowly whisk in the sparkling wine.
- Pour into a flute and serve straight away.
