- 20 mlElderflower cordial
- 100 mlSparkling wine
- 30 mlSoda water
- 6 leavesMint
- 1 sliceLime
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Hugo Spritz
- Clap the mint between your hands to wake it up and drop it in the glass with the lime.
- Add ice and the elderflower cordial.
- Pour in the sparkling wine and soda and stir gently.
