- 90 mlSparkling wine
- 60 mlAperol
- 30 mlSoda water
Plus ice.

- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make an Aperol Spritz
- Fill a big wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the sparkling wine, then the Aperol.
- Add a splash of soda and stir gently once.
Garnish: Orange slice
