- 90 mlSparkling wine
- 30 mlSoda water
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Limoncello Spritz
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Add the limoncello, then the sparkling wine and soda.
- Stir gently once.
Garnish: Lemon slice and mint
