- 30 mlMezcalTequila's smoky cousin. Plain tequila works if you don't have it.
- 30 mlCampari
- 30 mlSweet vermouth
Plus ice.
Bar tools
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Mezcal Negroni
- Put everything in a jug of ice.
- Stir for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a glass over a big ice cube.
Garnish: Orange peel
