- 60 mlBrandy
- 120 mlHot water
- 15 mlHoney
- 10 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 1 pinchBlack pepper (optional)
Plus ice (not for hot drinks).

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Hot Brandy Toddy
- Stir the honey into the hot water in a mug.
- Add the lemon juice and brandy.
- Add a pinch of pepper if you like.
