- 30 mlEspresso
- 30 mlBrandy
- 1 tspSugar
Plus ice (not for hot drinks).

- Jigger
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Carajillo
- Put the brandy and sugar in a small glass and stir.
- Pour in the hot coffee and stir again.
- For an iced version, shake everything with ice and strain over ice.
