Ingredients
- 250 mlDark rum
- 125 mlBrandy
- 60 mlPeach schnapps
- 180 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 120 mlSugar syrupMake it: stir equal amounts of sugar and hot water until clear. Keeps 2 weeks in the fridge.
- 500 mlWater
Plus ice.

- Jigger
- Jug or punch bowl
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Fish House Punch
- Mix everything in a big bowl or jug.
- Chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve over one big block of ice so it melts slowly.
