- 15 mlAbsintheUsed as a 'rinse': swirl a few drops inside the glass, then pour it out.
- 120 mlSparkling wine
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Death in the Afternoon
- Pour the absinthe into a flute.
- Top very slowly with cold sparkling wine. It turns cloudy.
