- 3 dashesAngostura bitters
- 15 mlBrandy (optional)
- Top upSparkling wine

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Champagne Cocktail
- Put the sugar in a flute and soak it with the bitters.
- Add the brandy if using.
- Slowly top with cold sparkling wine.
