- 90 mlSparkling wine
- 60 mlCampari
- 30 mlSoda water
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Campari Spritz
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the sparkling wine, then the Campari.
- Add a splash of soda and stir once.
Garnish: Orange slice
