Ingredients
- 30 mlPastisFrench aniseed spirit, like Ricard or Pernod.
- 150 mlWater
Plus ice.

- Jigger
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Pastis
- Pour the pastis into a tall glass.
- Slowly add cold water. Watch it turn cloudy.
- Add ice last, never first.
