- 30 mlPastisFrench aniseed spirit, like Ricard or Pernod.
- 10 mlOrgeatAlmond syrup. A little amaretto can stand in for it.
- 150 mlWater
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Mauresque
- Pour the pastis and orgeat into a tall glass.
- Slowly add cold water.
- Add ice.
