- 40 mlWhite rum
- 15 mlPeach schnapps
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 15 mlHoney syrupMake it: mix equal amounts of honey and warm water.
- 10 leavesMint
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Missionary's Downfall
- Add everything to the blender with about 1 cup of ice.
- Blend for 20 seconds until bright green.
- Pour into the glass.
Garnish: Mint sprig
