- 60 mlDark rum
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- Top upGinger beer
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Dark 'n' Stormy
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add lime juice and top with ginger beer, leaving 2 cm of space.
- Pour the dark rum slowly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top like a storm cloud.
Garnish: Lime wedge
