- 50 mlVodka
- 150 mlTomato juice
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 1 pinchChaat masala
- 1 pinchBlack salt
- 1 sliceGreen chilliSlice it thin. Keep the seeds in for more heat.
- 4 leavesCoriander (optional)
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Desi Bloody Mary
- Rim the glass with chaat masala and salt.
- Fill with ice and add everything.
- Stir well with a bar spoon.
Garnish: Coriander and lime
