Canada's national cocktail. Traditionally made with Clamato juice.

- 45 mlVodka
- 120 mlTomato juice
- 10 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 2 dashesWorcestershire sauce
- 2 dashesHot sauce
- 1 pinchSalt
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Caesar
- Wet the rim with lime and dip it in salt (celery salt is traditional).
- Fill the glass with ice and add everything.
- Stir well.
