- 50 mlWhite rum
- 150 mlCoconut water
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 5 leavesMint (optional)
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Coconut Rum Cooler
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add the rum, coconut water and lime juice.
- Add the mint, stir and serve.
