- 45 mlDark rum
- 15 mlGalliano
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 5 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- Top upSparkling wine
Plus ice.

- Strainer
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Barracuda
- Shake the rum, Galliano, pineapple and lime juice with ice.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
