Ingredients
- 45 mlWhisky
- 15 mlYuzu juiceBottled yuzu juice is sold in Japanese stores. Lemon works if you can't find it.
- 10 mlSugar syrupMake it: stir equal amounts of sugar and hot water until clear. Keeps 2 weeks in the fridge.
- Top upSoda water
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Yuzu Highball
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the whisky, yuzu juice and syrup and stir.
- Top with soda and stir once.
