- 25 mlElderflower cordial
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 6 leavesMint
- 150 mlSoda water
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Virgin Hugo
- Clap the mint and put it in a wine glass with ice.
- Add the elderflower cordial and lime juice.
- Top with soda and stir gently.
