- 2 tbspYerba mate
- 250 mlWater
- 4 leavesMint (optional)

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Tereré
- Put the yerba mate and mint in a glass.
- Pour ice-cold water over it and let it steep for 2 minutes.
- Drink through a straw with a filter, or strain into another glass.
