- 30 mlApple cider vinegar
- 15 mlHoney
- 3 slicesGinger
- 250 mlWater
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Switchel
- Stir everything together until the honey dissolves.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Serve over ice.
