Ingredients
- 45 mlSloe ginA sweet red gin liqueur flavoured with sloe berries.
- 20 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 10 mlSugar syrupMake it: stir equal amounts of sugar and hot water until clear. Keeps 2 weeks in the fridge.
- Top upSoda water
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Sloe Gin Fizz
- Shake the sloe gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass of ice.
- Top with soda.
