- 250 mlRooibos tea
- 15 mlHoney
- 15 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 4 leavesMint (optional)
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Rooibos Iced Tea
- Brew the rooibos and stir in the honey while hot.
- Let it cool, then add the lemon juice.
- Serve over ice with mint.
