- 4Betel leaves
- 2 tbspGulkandSweet rose-petal jam. Sold at paan shops and grocery stores.
- 150 mlMilk
- 1 scoopVanilla ice cream
- 1 tspFennel seeds (optional)
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Paan Shots
- Tear the betel leaves.
- Blend everything until smooth and bright green.
- Pour into shot glasses and chill.
