- 2 tspGreen tea
- 300 mlHot water
- 10 leavesMint
- 2 tbspSugar
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Moroccan Mint Tea
- Put the tea in a pot, add a splash of hot water, swirl and pour it out. This removes bitterness.
- Add the mint, sugar and the rest of the hot water and steep for 3 minutes.
- Pour into small glasses from high up to make it frothy.
