- 200 mlCola
- 10 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 1 pinchBlack salt
- 1 pinchRoasted cumin powder
Plus ice.

- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Masala Coke
- Put the lime juice and spices in a glass with ice.
- Pour the cola slowly. It fizzes up a lot.
- Stir gently.
