- 100 mlMango pulpTinned Alphonso pulp works great, or blend 1 ripe mango.
- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 6 leavesMint
- Top upSoda water

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Mango Mint Cooler
- Crush the mint lightly in a glass.
- Add the mango pulp, lime juice and ice.
- Top with soda and stir well.
Garnish: Mint sprig
