- 15 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.

- Top upSoda water

How to make a Litchi Cooler
- Crush the mint lightly in a glass.
- Add ice, lychee juice and lime juice.
- Top with soda.
