- 30 mlKhus syrup
- 15 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 200 mlWater
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Khus Sharbat
- Pour the khus syrup and lemon juice into a glass.
- Add cold water or soda and ice and stir.
