- 250 mlSoda water
- 30 mlFresh cream (optional)

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make an Italian Soda
- Fill a glass with ice and add the syrup.
- Top with soda.
- Float the cream on top for a 'cremosa'.
