How to make an Irish Coffee
- Whip the cream lightly. It should be thick but still pourable.
- Stir the sugar into the hot coffee in a warm glass until it dissolves, then add the whisky.
- Pour the cream slowly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top. Don't stir. Drink through the cream.
Garnish: Grated nutmeg (optional)
