- 60 mlWhisky
- 25 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 25 mlHoney syrupMake it: mix equal amounts of honey and warm water.
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Gold Rush
- Put everything in a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 12 seconds.
- Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
