Ingredients
- 2 tbspFilter coffee powderSouth Indian coffee and chicory blend.
- 100 mlHot water
- 150 mlMilk
- 2 tspSugar
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Filter Coffee
- Put the coffee powder in the top part of a coffee filter, press lightly and pour in boiling water. Wait 15 minutes for the strong coffee (decoction) to drip through.
- Boil the milk.
- Mix 1 part decoction with 3 parts milk and the sugar.
- Pour it back and forth between the tumbler and bowl to make it frothy.
