- 150 mlTonic water
- 30 mlEspresso

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make an Espresso Tonic
- Fill a glass with ice and add the tonic.
- Pour the cooled espresso slowly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.
Garnish: Orange peel
