- 1 tbspChrysanthemum flowers
- 300 mlHot water
- 1 tbspSugar
Plus ice.
Bar tools
- Jigger
- Strainer
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Chrysanthemum Tea
- Steep the flowers in the hot water for 5 minutes.
- Strain and stir in the sugar.
- Drink hot, or chill and serve over ice.
