- 330 mlBeer
- 30 mlLime juiceSqueeze it fresh. Bottled juice tastes flat. 1 lime gives about 25 ml.
- 1 pinchSalt
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Chelada
- Wet the rim with lime and dip it in salt.
- Add the lime juice and a few ice cubes.
- Slowly pour in the cold beer.
Garnish: Lime wedge
