- 30 mlBrandy
- 30 mlWhite rum
- 30 mlTriple secOrange liqueur. Cointreau is the premium version.
- 20 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
Plus ice.

- Shaker
- Strainer
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Between the Sheets
- Add everything to a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass.
