Ingredients
- 60 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlVodka
- 15 mlGin
- 75 mlSparkling wine
- 5 mlSugar syrup (optional)Make it: stir equal amounts of sugar and hot water until clear. Keeps 2 weeks in the fridge.
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make an Agua de Valencia
- Pour the orange juice, vodka, gin and syrup into a glass with ice.
- Top with sparkling wine and stir gently.
