Ingredients
- 45 mlGin
- 15 mlPassion fruit juice
- 15 mlLemon juiceSqueeze it fresh. 1 lemon gives about 30 ml.
- 10 mlOrgeatAlmond syrup. A little amaretto can stand in for it.
- 10 mlFalernum (optional)A Caribbean lime, ginger and clove syrup. Optional here.
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Saturn
- Add everything to a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 12 seconds.
- Strain into a glass over crushed ice.
