How to make a Ramos Gin Fizz
- Shake everything except the soda without ice for 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake as hard as you can for 30 seconds or more. This builds the foam.
- Strain into a tall glass with no ice.
- Pour soda slowly into the middle so the foam rises above the rim.
