- 50 mlGin
- 3 dashesAngostura bitters
- 20 mlWater (optional)
Plus ice.

- Strainer
- Bar spoon
No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Pink Gin
- Shake the bitters into a chilled glass and swirl to coat the inside.
- Stir the gin with ice for 20 seconds.
- Strain into the glass.
