- 30 mlSweet vermouth
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Negroni
- Put everything in a glass or jug with lots of ice.
- Stir for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a glass over one big ice cube.
Garnish: Orange peel
