- 45 mlGin
- 45 mlOrange juice
- 5 mlGrenadinePomegranate syrup. Found near the syrups in big supermarkets.
- 2 dashesAbsinthe (optional)Used as a 'rinse': swirl a few drops inside the glass, then pour it out.
Plus ice.

No bar kit? A jar with a lid works as a shaker, and 1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
How to make a Monkey Gland
- Optional: swirl the absinthe inside the glass and pour it out.
- Shake the gin, orange juice and grenadine with ice.
- Strain into the glass.
